Research On Government Management Optimization In The Development Of Cultural Tourism In Characteristic Towns

In recent years,the characteristic town dominated by cultural tourism has become the main direction of urban development.However,the development of "overheated" culture tourism of characteristic town has caused widespread discussion.This paper innovatively studies how the government can play a more efficient management role in the development and construction of cultural tourism in characteristic towns from the perspective of county government management in the development of cultural tourism industry in characteristic towns and combined with specific examples of Y county government management.First of all,this paper summarizes the research background,research significance and the current research situation at home and abroad,defines the basic concepts of government management,and summarizes the relevant knowledge of service-oriented government theory and government function theory.Next,through the investigation of local residents,businesses,government staff and tourists,this paper sorts out the development of cultural tourism in characteristic towns of Y County,and concludes that Y County government plays a management role in the development of cultural tourism in characteristic towns,including overall planning,public service,assessment and supervision,and publicity and promotion.It is also found that Y County government has some problems in promoting the development of cultural tourism,such as insufficient overall industrial planning,low quality of public services,inadequate market supervision and management,and unsatisfactory brand promotion effect.The reasons for these problems are analyzed as follows:Y county government’s weak awareness of overall development planning,insufficient investment in comprehensive security services,ineffective supervision,management and assessment system,single and outdated propaganda means,etc.Finally,this paper puts forward some optimization suggestions,and believes that Y County government should pay attention to the overall planning and management of the government and strengthen the leading planning.We should increase overall investment in public services and improve service quality.In terms of supervision and management,we should strengthen effective supervision and standardize market order.In the publicity and promotion to optimize the publicity strategy,enhance the effectiveness of marketing.
