| In recent years,with the rapid economic and social development,the lives of the people of Xinjiang have undergone earthshaking changes.Many ethnic compatriots in poverty-stricken areas have lifted themselves out of poverty and lived a well-off life.However,some Western malicious media and politicians with ulterior motives spread false statements such as "the Uighur people who harvest cotton in Xinjiang are forced to work,and they are being enslaved",which has left the northwestern land of China covered with more doubts and even led to major clothing brands boycotting Xinjiang cotton.Yutian County,once one of the poorest areas in Xinjiang,is now the best proof to smash rumors.The documentary "Flowers Blooming in the Field" is a documentary about ethnic minorities that focuses on people and reflects the reality of the life of farmers after poverty relief.It used the method of image to show the real life of ethnic minorities in remote areas of Xinjiang to the public by the real life of Uighur girls who are born with left-eye disabilities,and to give more attention to the development problems after poverty relief in southern Xinjiang.In this paper,the creation process of minority documentary "Flowers Blooming in the Field" is described in detail,and knowledge in the study is applied to the practical creation.Finally,this paper summarizes the plan,recording,edit,content and structure of this documentary,and reviews the shortcomings to provide theoretical significance and creative experience for the production of the documentary on ethnic minorities.This paper focuses on the structure and techniques of the documentary which pursued the artistry and implication with balance of the authenticity and storytelling.Also paper explored the theme and production of the ethnic documentary to let people understand and pay more attention to the real life of ethnic minorities of Xinjiang while realizing its research value and significance. |
