A Study On The Ideological Essentials Of Lu Jia’s Political Ethics

The outstanding research on Lu Jia’s book "The New Language" by academic pioneers is countless,but most of the research focuses on issues such as literature,philosophy,and the identification of the author of the new language.This article intends to take the ideological essence of Lu Jia’s political ethics as the research object,starting from grasping the historical background of Lu Jia’s thought,and analyzing the transcendental basis and ideological source of Lu Jia’s political ethics.Based on this,this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the ideological essence of Lu Jia’s political ethics,and then objectively grasps the impact of Lu Jia’s thought on the political governance of the Han Dynasty,as well as its theoretical and practical value for current national governance in China.The full text is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is an introduction,which first explains the background,purpose,and significance of this topic.Secondly,it summarizes the current research situation of Lu Jia’s thoughts and academic circles.Finally,it states the proposed research content,research methods used,and innovations of this study during the creative process of this article.The second chapter is the transcendental foundation and ideological origin of Lu Jia’s political ethics.This chapter takes the transcendental basis of Lu Jia’s political and ethical thoughts as the research guide,analyzes the metaphysical concept of "Tao" of the pre Qin Taoist school,and lays an ontological foundation for subsequent research.The purpose is to clarify the relationship between Tao and Daoism,and demonstrate the essential relationship between Tao and benevolence and righteousness.In terms of the ideological origin of Lu Jia’s political ethics,he focused on the governance concepts of Confucianism and Taoism.The third chapter is the ideological gist of Lu Jia’s political ethics.This chapter summarizes and analyzes the ideological essence of Lu Jia’s political ethics through the study of four aspects of Lu Jia’s thought,namely,the cultivation of the monarch,the rule by inaction,moral education,and the selection and appointment of talents.Among them,from the perspective of the benevolence and righteousness of the monarch and the benefit of the people to examine the requirements of the monarch’s Huai De;Analyze the principle of ruling by inaction from the perspective of the monarch’s quiet inaction and moderate punishment;This article explores the basic characteristics of his moral education from the perspective of the achievements and methods of education,and analyzes Lu Jia’s ideas and methods of selecting and appointing virtuous people from three aspects: the principle of appointing virtuous people to the throne,the way of recommending talented people,and the discrimination between loyalty and treachery.The fourth chapter is about the influence and enlightenment of Lu Jia’s political and ethical thoughts.Based on the previous research,this chapter analyzes the positive impact of Lu Jia’s political and ethical thoughts in the Han Dynasty,and analyzes the important enlightenment of Lu Jia’s political and ethical thoughts on China’s national governance in the new era from the following aspects: valuing the people and putting the people first,selecting and appointing talents and modern talent strategy,governing by virtue and law and modern national governance,moral education and contemporary social trends.
