A Translation Report On Post-editing Of Integration Of Renewable Energy Sources With Smart Grid

As the process of globalization accelerates,information exchange between countries around the world has become more and more frequent,thus triggering a surge in the global demand for language services.In the face of the huge demand for translation services,the rapid development of computer technology provides strong support,and the machine translation that comes into being has greatly improved the translation efficiency and shortened the translation time.Although machine translation is fast and efficient,however,its translation quality cannot be guaranteed.In this context,the translation mode of machine translation with post-editing is an effective way to solve this problem,which greatly improves the quality of machine translation and can better meet the translation needs.This paper focuses on the application of the translation mode of machine translation with post-editing in scientific and technical texts.Taking the book Integration of Renewable Energy Sources with Smart Grid as the translation text,it aims to analyze the reasonable application of the translation mode of machine translation post-editing in this text.Firstly,the author chooses Deep L Translator online machine translation tool to pre-translate the selected text.Secondly,Yi CAT translation platform is used to post-edit and proofread the target text.Thirdly,under the guidance of the Multidimensional Quality Metrics(MQM)model,the author classifies the translation errors of Deep L Translator from the perspective of accuracy and fluency,and proposes corresponding post-editing methods for the specific machine translation errors.
