Study On The Function Optimization Of Grassroots Government In The Construction Of Cultural Tourism Characteristic Town In Mangshan Town

According to the general requirements of thriving businesses,pleasant living environment,social etiquette and civility,effective governance,and prosperity,we should establish and improve the Institutional mechanisms and policy systems about urban-rural integrated development to accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.According to the report of the 20 th National Congress of the CPC,we will comprehensively promote rural revitalization,give priority to the development of agriculture and rural areas,and steadily promote the revitalization of rural industries,talents,culture,ecology and organizations.The construction of characteristic towns is closely related to rural revitalization.Characteristic towns are an important basis for rural revitalization,an important guide for rural revitalization and a new growth engine,a driving force for rural revitalization,a connector for urban and rural integrated development,and an important combination of urban and rural development.Based on the construction of a town with cultural tourism characteristics in Mangshan Town,this thesis analyzes the role of the township government in the tourism and cultural industry,and summarizes the role of the grass-roots government in the construction of a town with cultural tourism characteristics in Mangshan Town.By means of literature review,field visit and investigation,this thesis makes an in-depth study of the relevant theories and practical basis,and studies how to give full play to the functions of the grass-roots government in the construction process of the town with cultural tourism characteristics in Mangshan Town.First of all,in the development process of Mangshan Town with cultural tourism characteristics,the author finds out the shortcomings of the current situation such as inadequate planning,imperfect tourism infrastructure,imperfect supervision system and lack of professional tourism management personnel,and analyzes the reasons for the problems.Secondly,in order to put forward the optimization strategy better,the author summarized the successful experience in the construction of domestic cultural tourism towns such as Wuzhen in Zhejiang province,Hongcun characteristic town in Anhui Province,and Huangyao Ancient Town in Guangxi.Finally,in view of the problems and the reasons for the shortcomings,the thesis puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the functions of the grass-roots government in the construction of the town with cultural tourism characteristics,including improving the function of tourism management,optimizing the function of guidance and planning,improving the function of economic construction,enhancing the function of public service and improving the function of talent management.
