A Study On The Inheritance And Tourism Development Strategy Of Li Miao Culture In The Areca Valley Of Hainan Province

The Ministry of Culture and Tourism was established in March 2018,advocating for the integration and development of culture and tourism.With the implementation of the national strategy of Hainan International Tourism Island,new opportunities have been brought to the development of Hainan’s tourism industry.At the same time,the construction of ethnic minority cultural scenic spots and the development of cultural tourism products have also driven the economic development of local ethnic minorities,and are of great significance for the inheritance and protection of traditional ethnic culture.This article takes the Binlang Valley Li Miao Cultural Tourism Area in Hainan Province as the research object,starting from the perspective of cultural inheritance and protection,combined with Bourdieu’s field theory and sustainable development theory,to analyze the current situation of various cultural inheritance elements within the tourism area.This article adopts research methods such as literature analysis,on-site research and development,and data analysis.Firstly,it reviews relevant literature on tourism and cultural heritage both domestically and internationally,providing a solid theoretical basis and guidance for the research;Then,based on research theories and the current development status of the Penang Valley scenic area,a field research outline was developed.Regression surveys and round-trip tracking were conducted on the Penang Valley during the off-season and peak seasons to gain a deeper understanding of the current development status of the Penang Valley scenic area;Finally,the data obtained from on-site research was collected and analyzed using data analysis software such as EXCEL.With the help of statistical graphics,the development status of the inheritance of Li Miao culture in Penang Valley was intuitively reflected in the context of cultural and tourism integration development.Furthermore,a comprehensive analysis will be conducted on the current development status and existing problems of the inheritance of Li Miao culture in the Penang Valley under the background of integrated development of culture and tourism.This includes the absence and alienation of cultural entities within the tourism area,outdated related tourism products,competition in homogeneous scenic areas,and unavoidable constraints under the integrated development of culture and tourism.On the basis of empirical investigation,this article summarizes the experiences of cultural inheritance,protection,and tourism development countries and regions such as the United States and Spain,as well as the PEST-SWOT matrix analysis of the Li Miao cultural tourism area in the Penang Valley.The following countermeasures and suggestions are proposed for the inheritance and tourism development of Li Miao culture in the tourism area: Promote the protection and inheritance of Miao culture in scenic areas,focus on and explore the Miao culture within the scenic area,and formulate specific policies for the protection of Miao culture;Sort,classify,and explore the tourism resources of scenic spots,and deepen the core cultural carriers of scenic spots;Innovate the forms of tourism products,enrich the levels of tourism products,and reasonably develop ethnic culture to maintain the true essence of culture;It can also increase the development of cultural and creative products to ensure the sustainability of brand development;In addition,it is necessary to improve the cultural and tourism industry chain and optimize the development of industrial clusters.
