| According to the construction objectives proposed in the "14th Five-Year Plan" for the Development of cultural Industry,by 2025,China will achieve the improvement of the cultural industry system and market system,the optimization of the cultural industry structure,the significant improvement of the quality of cultural supply,the continuous enhancement of the active degree of cultural consumption,and the continuous expansion of the scale of cultural industry.China will further accelerate the development of the cultural industry,establish a sound and complete cultural industry system,optimize the structure of the cultural industry,improve the quality of cultural supply,stimulate the enthusiasm of cultural consumption,and promote the development of the cultural industry,so as to achieve the expected goals of the 14 th Five-Year Plan for the Development of the Cultural Industry.The case object of this study--Chuangyu Culture Co.,LTD.,founded in 2008,is a modern enterprise dominated by cultural and creative industries.Its business covers a number of cultural and creative fields,including film and television media,animation,games,cultural and entertainment,artificial intelligence,derivative products,innovation and entrepreneurship incubation and industrial park management.Due to the active promotion of the government,the active participation of private enterprises,the popularity of new media and the increasing number of consumers,the development momentum of the animation short film industry is strong,if you want to succeed in this field,you must accelerate the production schedule,meet the market demand,and strive for more market share.Therefore,how to ensure that animation projects can achieve their goals efficiently and with high quality is a major challenge faced by creative entertainment companies at present.This paper firstly summarizes the relevant theories of project schedule management and related research literature on its development.Secondly,it introduces the existing problems in project schedule management of Chuang Entertainment Company,and applies work breakdown structure(WBS)and critical chain(CCPM)schedule management technology.Prepare the progress plan,estimate the expected duration of the project,identify the critical chain and non-critical chain,calculate the safety events and buffer zones of the process,formulate a scientific and reasonable progress plan,and bind the project progress to performance assessment according to the project progress,so as to ensure the smooth delivery of the project and effectively promote the implementation of the project.It lays a good foundation for improving the company’s project production schedule,improving the company’s production and operation efficiency,and enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises. |
