With the development of education,the scale of enrollment in national colleges is also expanding.on the flip side,this shows that the level of higher education in China is improving,on the flip side,it also brings the problem of difficult employment for postgraduates.In today’s severe employment situation,the employment anxiety of the postgraduate group comes along,and the Master of Chinese International Education,as part of the postgraduate group,is bound to produce certain employment anxiety in the process of seeking employment.The introduction of this paper focuses on the background,significance and research status,clear research ideas and methods,and establishes a perfect framework for investigation and research.The first chapter is about the design and implementation of the employment anxiety questionnaire and interviews for master of teaching Chinese to speakers of other languages.With reference to the Employment Anxiety Questionnaire for College Students compiled by Ren Hua Juan,this paper compiled the Employment Anxiety Questionnaire for Master of Chinese International Education and the outline of the interview,taking into account the characteristics of the Chinese International Education major.Chapter 2 uses SPSS24.0 and SPSSAU statistical software to conduct overall analysis and difference analysis on the surveyed questionnaires.The results of the study show that: employment anxiety is common among masters in Chinese international education,with a high number of moderate and severe anxiety;there is no significant difference in employment anxiety among different sub-groups of masters in Chinese international education in terms of gender,grade and whether they are only children,while there is a significant difference in employment anxiety among masters in Chinese international education in terms of whether they have overseas teaching experience;social factors rank first among the factors influencing employment anxiety among masters in Chinese international education,followed by personal factors.Social factors rank first,followed by personal factors,and school factors rank last.Chapter 3 proposes corresponding countermeasures to alleviate the employment anxiety of MA in Chinese language education at three levels: individual,school and society.At the individual level,it is necessary to make career planning in advance and enhance one’s own employment competitiveness;to strengthen professional self-confidence and establish a correct outlook on career selection.At the school level,we should improve the curriculum and emphasize practical courses;Strengthen career guidance and give full play to the power of alumni;Promote multi-party cooperation and increase internship bases.At the social level,we should clarify professional orientation and open up professional outlets;Broaden employment channels and increase employment opportunities;Enhance social recognition and guarantee welfare benefits.The innovation of this paper lies in the innovation of the research subject.Currently,there are few studies that establish the research object of employment anxiety as master’s degree in Chinese language education,and most of them take undergraduates and secondary school students as the research object.Therefore,this paper analyzes the current situation and causes of employment anxiety from the perspective of Chinese international education majors,and puts forward corresponding suggestions so as to alleviate the employment anxiety of Chinese masters students and achieve better employment.
