| As China’s influence in the world continues to expand,the number of Chinese language learners has been increasing,relying on teachers sent from China is far from satisfying the needs of Chinese language learners,and localization of Chinese language teachers is also a trend in the development of international Chinese language education worldwide.This study takes 31 local Chinese teachers in Dushanbe,Tajikistan as the research subjects,and uses a combination of questionnaire and interview methods to investigate the current situation of local teachers in the region.This paper first uses the questionnaire method to investigate and analyze the objective questions of local Chinese teachers in Dushanbe,Tajikistan,such as gender,age,teaching years,professional background,workplace,HSK level,education,amount of class time,pedagogy,and language used in class,and then uses the in-depth interview method to analyze the professional knowledge,modern educational technology and teaching resources,professional practice,professional development,professional beliefs,and training of local Chinese teachers in Tajikistan.Finally,according to the problems and needs encountered by local Chinese teachers in Tajikistan,we propose suggestions from four levels: the Tajikistan government,the Language Cooperation Center,the Confucius Institute of Tajik National University,and the teachers themselves,in order to improve the level of Chinese language teaching in Tajikistan and promote the development of local Chinese teachers.The research on local Chinese teachers has become a major topic of study.The research on native Chinese teachers has become a hot topic in the field of international Chinese language education,but there is still a gap in the research on native Chinese teachers in Tajikistan.The innovation of this paper is to do a comprehensive survey on native Chinese teachers in Dushanbe,Tajikistan,to provide some support for understanding native Chinese teachers in Tajikistan;however,the content is too broad and not deep enough,which is a future However,the content of this paper is too broad and not deep enough,and this is something that needs to be improved in the future. |
