| Life satisfaction often indicates the level of individual mental health.Psychological resilience is a very important positive psychological capital for individuals.Improving the psychological resilience of middle school students can help them reduce the use of negative psychological reactions when encountering difficult situations,and they are more willing to choose to face difficulties and anxiety in a positive manner,so as to cultivate their positive emotions and experience,and improve their life satisfaction and subjective well-being.The main methods used in this study are: questionnaire survey and case study.762 junior middle school students in Bengbu City,Anhui Province were tested with Family Intimacy and Adaptability Scale,Psychological Resilience Scale and Life Satisfaction Scale.Regression analysis,correlation analysis and other statistical methods were used to investigate the correlation between family cohesion and adaptability,resilience and life satisfaction.And according to study one and study two,we developed an individual counseling intervention program to improve the psychological resilience of junior high school students through the intervention of expressive writing,thereby improving the level of life satisfaction.This study conducted 11 times of expressive writing intervention for the visitors,2-3 times a week,and then compared the scores before and after the intervention in the future.The scores after the intervention were significantly improved.This provides reference and suggestions for future research.The results were as follows:(1)there were significant gender differences in all dimensions and total scores of junior high school students’ resilience,family cohesion and adaptability,and life satisfaction(p<0.05).(2)Except for the positive cognitive dimension of resilience,the other dimensions and total scores of resilience,family cohesion and adaptability,and life satisfaction of grade one students in junior high school were the lowest,with significant differences(p<0.05).(3)The goal focus dimension,emotion control dimension,family support dimension and the total score of resilience of class cadres were significantly lower than those of non class cadres(p<0.05).(4)The emotional control dimension and total score of resilience and life satisfaction of only children were significantly higher than those of non only children(p<0.05).(5)There is a significant positive correlation between family cohesion and adaptability and junior high school students’ life satisfaction.There is a significant positive correlation between family cohesion and adaptability and junior high school students’ resilience.There is a positive correlation between junior high school students’ resilience and life satisfaction.(6)Resilience mediates family cohesion and adaptability,and junior high school life satisfaction.(7)The expressive writing method of individual psychological counseling has positive significance for improving junior high school students’ psychological resilience and life satisfaction. |
