| International Chinese teachers have always played a very important role in international Chinese education and the dissemination of Chinese culture,so the research on the quality training of international Chinese teachers is of great significance.Experts and scholars have achieved fruitful results in this field.But so far,few people have paid attention to the relationship between "missionaries coming to China" and "international Chinese teachers".The author believes that the activities of missionaries in China have certain reference and enlightening significance to the quality cultivation of international Chinese teachers,which is worth discussing and studying.Many missionaries from the West came to China in history,and they objectively promoted the cultural exchanges between China and the West.From the professional point of view,there are some similarities between this and international Chinese teachers going to foreign countries to teach Chinese and spread Chinese culture,so it is worth trying to combine the two for comparative analysis.Because the author has studied in Qingdao for many years,this study takes Richard Wilhelm,a German missionary who came to Qing in the late Qing Dynasty as an example,to sort out his activities in China and analyze its enlightenment and reference significance to the quality training of international Chinese teachers.The author believes that on the basis of mastering solid knowledge of Chinese Noumenon and Chinese culture,international Chinese teachers should,like missionaries coming to China,have a sense of cultural mission and excellent psychological quality.after going to a foreign country,they can work hard to learn the local language,understand the local culture and customs,actively participate in the local construction,and keep in mind their original ideals and aspirations when they are recognized by the local people.Better carry forward the Chinese spirit and convey Chinese strength. |
