Study On Composition Of Ink And Wash In Freehand Figure Painting

Freehand figure painting is a very important subject in Chinese painting,it has different treatment methods because of the appearance,clothing and environment of each objective depiction with infinite possibilities.This paper takes Chen Yuming’s works from 1990 to 2003 as examples to study the composition of ink in freehand figure painting,explore the concept of composition and its constituent elements,so as to investigate these complex elements in his works from 1990 to 2003.
