The Application Of Metaphor In Experimental Video

Since the 21st century,the change of the new era means the iterative renewal of technology,the diversified expression of art forms,the cross-integration of disciplines and other multi-directional development and progress.Metaphor appears in the experimental image from the perspective of multiple disciplines,seeking the breakthrough and innovation of the experimental image in the new theoretical discourse.Based on the theoretical support of image rhetoric and image symbol related research,this paper establishes the connection between ideographic images and detached meanings in experimental images,seeks for the generation mechanism of metaphor in experimental images,and practices it in graduation creation,so as to explore more possibilities of artistic expression.First,This paper analyzes why the experimental image is "experimental",interprets that "experiment" is not only reflected in the image language and form of expression,but the important thing is the pursuit of the experimental spirit.Then the brief statement of the image context leads to the profound definition of the experimental image.Secondly,it summarizes the origin of metaphor and concludes the necessity of studying them.Thirdly,the core part of this paper is the explicit and implicit metaphors in experimental images,that is,the visible technique level and the invisible spirit level.Combined with the case studies of metaphorical works,this paper explores the application of metaphorical techniques from point to surface,and summarizes three key points: core metaphor,space construction and metaphorical montage.Then from the subjective emotion,other perception,thematic thinking three categories to expound.Through the interweaving study of form and thought,it provides theoretical text for the fusion of metaphor and experimental image,provides a broader and deeper perspective for creation,seeks more feasibility of artistic expression,and makes experimental image more experimental,unique and comprehensive.
