High school students are at an important stage of physical and mental development.Many factors,such as the increase in study time and intensity,the heavy burden of schoolwork,the urgency of facing the college entrance examination and the reform of the college entrance examination system,have caused heavy academic pressure on high school students.So,what are the factors that affect the academic stress of high school students? Generally speaking,there are two aspects.From an objective point of view,it is found that the family,as the warmest cradle in the growth stage of an individual,has an influence on the growth of the individual everywhere,and the parenting style serves as a crucial guide for the children’s personal quality,moral cultivation,career planning,etc.,is closely related to children’s learning and life,so will parenting styles affect children’s academic pressure? From a subjective point of view,every academic resilience,as the ability to actively cope with challenges and difficulties in every study and life,is a subjective adjustment ability,so whether every academic resilience can help high school students reduce their academic performance What about stress?Therefore,this study took students from a middle school and high school in Longyan City,Fujian Province as subjects,and conducted a study on the status and relationship of their parenting styles,every academic resilience and academic stress.The group psychological counseling intervention with the theme of improving every academic resilience helps high school students to effectively improve their every academic resilience and reduce their academic pressure.The research is divided into two parts: the first part uses the simplified parenting style questionnaire,the middle school students’ every academic resilience questionnaire and the middle school students’ academic stressor scale to measure 1073 high school students,and analyzes the questionnaire data in different dimensions to explore the high school students The status quo of parenting styles,day-to-day academic resilience,and academic stress,differences in demographic variables,and their relationships;the second part,based on the results of the first part,screened 34 high school students as respondents.They were divided into an experimental group and a control group.A total of 10 group psychological counseling interventions with the theme of improving the every academic resilience of high school students were conducted for the experimental group,while the control group did not receive any intervention.This study draws the following results:(1)The parenting styles perceived by high school students are generally emotionally warm.Among them,high school students will feel more emotional warmth from their mothers than their fathers.Rejecting and overprotective parenting styles are generally at a lower-middle level.(2)The every academic resilience of high school students is generally at an uppermiddle level.Among them,girls will feel more external support than boys,and boys will be more executive and emotionally stable than girls.(3)The academic pressure felt by high school students is generally at a moderate level.Among them,the academic pressure felt by girls was significantly higher than that of boys,and only children felt less academic pressure than non-only children.(4)There are significant correlations among high school students’ parenting style,every academic resilience and academic stress.Rejection and overprotection dimensions in parenting styles of high school students were significantly negatively correlated with every academic resilience,and emotional warmth dimension was significantly positively correlated with every academic resilience;rejection and overprotection in parenting styles of high school students were significantly negatively correlated with every academic resilience.The overprotective parenting style was significantly positively correlated with academic stress,and the emotional warmth dimension was significantly negatively correlated with academic stress.The every academic resilience of high school students was significantly negatively correlated with academic stress and sub-dimensions.(5)High school students’ every academic resilience has a mediating effect between parenting style and academic stress.The every academic resilience of high school students plays a partial mediating role between the parental parenting style’s rejection and overprotective dimensions and academic stress,and plays a full mediating role between the parental parenting style’s emotional warmth dimension and academic stress.(6)The every academic resilience group psychological counseling of high school students in this study can effectively improve the every academic resilience level of high school students,thereby reducing the academic pressure of high school students,and the group intervention has a significant effect.To sum up,it can be concluded that the parenting style of high school students can affect academic stress through every academic resilience;group psychological counseling intervention can effectively improve the level of every academic resilience of high school students and help high school students reduce academic stress.
