The importance of educating people is emphasized in the Art Curriculum Standards(2022 edition)and secondary school teacher certification.The use of poetry and music with high literary value for moral education is a very meaningful teaching method.Through the investigation of the current situation of ideological and political teaching in music classes in Quanzhou No.7 Middle School,the author found that teachers have problems such as lack of teaching content,insufficient teaching methods,lack of innovation,and insufficient ideological and political experience of students.This paper solves the problems in teaching by analyzing the artistic characteristics and singing skills of the Renjiao editions of "Yangguan Three Stacks","Butterfly Love Flowers-Answer Li Shuyi" and "Qinyuan Spring Snow",combined with the comparison table of ideological and political elements,and expounds the ideological and political teaching measures of poetry and music from schools,teaching,teachers and students.Finally,through the teaching case design and reflection of the appreciation course "Butterfly Love Flowers-Answer Li Shuyi",the ideological and political teaching process and practical achievements of the course are displayed.
