Research On Optimization Of Public Cultural Service Supply In Xintan Town,Sheyang County

Cultural revitalization is a very important component of rural revitalization strategy,and in rural cultural revitalization,it is necessary to establish a sound public cultural service supply system,effectively solve some problems in the supply of rural public cultural services at present,and truly meet the needs of the masses to improve the efficiency and quality of rural public cultural service supply.Since entering the new era,China has also put forward new requirements in the construction of rural spiritual civilization,which also points out an important direction for the supply of rural public cultural services.However,it should also be noted that in China’s long-term rapid economic development,the gap between urban and rural construction has become increasingly prominent,and there has been a serious imbalance in the supply of public cultural services,reflecting some prominent problems in the current supply of rural public cultural services in China.In the current transitional period of China’s economic and social development,the improvement of the rural public cultural service supply system is related to the realization of the rural revitalization strategy.Therefore,how to conduct research and analysis on the current issue of rural public cultural service supply,and make corresponding improvements,has become the key to the construction of the rural public cultural service supply system.Taking Xintan Town of Sheyang County as an example,this paper mainly uses the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and comparative analysis to study the supply of public cultural services.In recent years,with the continuous deepening of the implementation of the national rural revitalization strategy,Xintan Town of Sheyang County has also made corresponding resource investment in the supply of public cultural services,which has played a positive role in promoting the development of public cultural services.However,there are still some deficiencies in the supply of public cultural services in Xintan Town,Sheyang County at present.In this study,through the form of a questionnaire survey,we understand the current supply of public cultural services in Xintan Town,Sheyang County.On this basis,we analyze some problems in the supply of public cultural services in Xintan Town,Sheyang County and analyze the reasons.It can be found that the overall supply of public cultural services in Xintan Town,Sheyang County is insufficient,the use efficiency of public cultural services infrastructure is low,the supply content of public cultural services does not match the needs of the people,the supply quality of public cultural services needs to be improved,and the organization of public cultural services is not closely integrated with folk culture.The reasons for these problems are also manifested in many aspects.For example,there is a single supply entity,an imperfect management mechanism for public cultural service facilities,insufficient understanding of the public’s demand for public cultural services,a lack of professional talents in public cultural services,and insufficient innovation in the content of public cultural service activities.In view of the current problems and reasons,combined with the experience in the construction of the rural public cultural service supply system at home and abroad and the actual situation of the public cultural service supply in Xintan Town,Sheyang County,this paper puts forward corresponding improvement countermeasures from the aspects of enriching the supply subject,improving infrastructure management,improving the public demand expression mechanism,strengthening the cultivation and introduction of cultural talents,and combining local characteristics,to promote the optimization of its public cultural service supply.
