Exploration On Decorative Expression Of Lv Ji’s Panoramic Fine Brushwork Flower-and-bird Painting:Magnificent Beautification

Under the influence of the inter-layer cultural interaction and the cultural despotism and the royal civilian-style aristocratic taste,the Ming Dynasty court restored the importance of the decoration and propaganda of the palace paintings,which made the contents and forms of the flower-and-bird paintings different from those of the previous dynasties,with distinct decorative flavor and auspicious meaning.As a master of Flower-and-bird painting in the Ming Dynasty,Lv Ji’s typical painting style is integrated the characteristics of each master in one and inherited the traditional court style of painting,which is a meticulous and panoramic style.With the artistic characteristics of both Freehand and Meticulous,and strong and vivid picture atmosphere,he created his own style and became the standard frame of Flower-and-bird painting in the Ming Dynasty.The decorative intention and decorative expression produced in response to the need of palace decoration are the important reasons that affect the style of his paintings.This paper takes Lv Ji’s existing works of fine brushwork as the entry point,takes decoration as the perspective,and through literature review,logical argument and graphic analysis,deeply understands the decorative meaning of Lv Ji’s painting art and traditional modeling,explores the concrete presentation of Lv Ji’s creative intention and decorative effect under the influence of decorative function on the picture,and rationalizes the reasons for his continuation and future from this perspective.This paper mainly includes the following aspects of discussion:Through understanding the internal logic,cultural connotation and external characteristics and functions of decorative expression,this paper in order to grasp the perspective of decorative research.This paper combs and analyzes Lv Ji and his social background,as well as related historical materials such as court and Court style of paintings in Ming Dynasty,and probes into the causes of decorative intention in his creation from multiple dimensions.In this paper,graphic analysis and visual communication principle are used to deeply explore the formal expression in Lv Ji’s specific works,make a comparative study with other related works,and explore the internal and external relations in combination with relevant historical materials,so as to summarize the decorative expression and its uniqueness under his decorative intention,and analyze the expression and application logic of decoration in painting.
