Research On The Integration And Empowerment Of Rural Cultural Tourism In Fangxian County,Hubei Province

Under the background of the rapid development of modern social economy and the accelerating urbanization process,rural tourism is becoming more and more popular.At the same time,the development of rural tourism is of great practical significance for adjusting the structure of agricultural industry,changing farmers’ lifestyles,and increasing farmers’ income.At the 19 th National Congress,the Party also proposed that rural tourism occupies a pivotal position in rural revitalization.In recent years,with the improvement of people’s lives,people’s requirements for spiritual life are also increasing,a single natural landscape tourism,can no longer fully arouse the interest of tourists,cultural tourism has naturally become the first way for people to seek spiritual life,the number of tourists every year has gradually increased,tourism has been rapidly developed.In recent years,with the increase of national investment in rural infrastructure construction,many regions in China have begun to pay attention to rural tourism development.At the same time,under the background of "industrial integration",the frequency of "cultural and tourism integration" is increasing,which has attracted great attention from all walks of life.As a new type of cultural industry and tourism,rural tourism integrates cultural elements into it and can better attract tourists.Because of the high penetration,high innovation,scalability and other characteristics of culture,these characteristics combined with tourism will make it play a greater value.Rural tourism can effectively combine culture and tourism,and can achieve mutual promotion and common development of the two.As a result,the rural cultural tourism integration industry came into being.This paper studies and sorts out a large number of relevant literature,investigates the development path of rural cultural tourism in Fangxian under the background of cultural and tourism integration,and uses literature analysis method,questionnaire survey method and field investigation to study the integration of Fangxian cultural industry and tourism industry,and draws the following conclusions:Fangxian has superior geographical location,high popularity,good economic foundation,rich cultural resources and other advantages.At the same time,in the course of decades of development,Fangxian has gradually embarked on the economic road of collective common prosperity.At the same time,in recent years,Fangxian’s rural tourism industry and cultural industry have been developing rapidly,but its development degree is still very low,and there are also problems such as insufficient tourist experience,poor service quality,and unattractive products,which are manifested as: the number of cultural tourism products is single and the depth is insufficient;Weak industrial support capacity and short industrial chain;The integration of culture and tourism is not strong,and the integration of resources is weak;The management mechanism is not perfect,and there is a lack of professional management talents;Five problems,such as weak publicity of cultural tourism and small market influence.Based on the current difficulties faced by Fangxian County,this paper puts forward several suggestions for the development of Fangxian from several aspects such as management system,product development and long-term development: Fangxian should establish and improve the institutional system,improve the product development level related to cultural and tourism integration,expand industrial integration channels,enhance product R&D creativity of cultural and tourism integration,expand the channels of industrial integration,and embark on a diversified and integrated development path of cross-regional coordination of tourism in the whole region,and ultimately achieve rural revitalization and common prosperity.
