Research On The Development Of Eco-Cultural Tourism In Jinxiu Landscape And Yao City From The Perspective Of Industry Integration

On October 31,2019,the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China proposed the requirement of "continuously improving the system and mechanism for the integrated development of culture and tourism";On March 1,2019,the Administrative Measures for National Cultural Ecosystem Conservation Areas of China formulated by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism was officially implemented;And make new strategic arrangements for the construction of ecological civilization.The introduction of various policies has effectively promoted the integrated development of the ecological and cultural tourism industry,providing strong support for the construction of ecological civilization,the enhancement of cultural connotation,the improvement of health and lifestyle,and the transformation and upgrading of tourism.Jinxiu Yao Autonomous County is located in the Dayao Mountains area,surrounded by four cities and eight counties outside the mountain.In April 2000,the whole county was included in the scope of Dayao Mountains National Nature Reserve in Guangxi,and three major regional special animal and plant reserves centered on Changtan River-Tiantang Mountain,Jinxiu Laoshan-Lianhua Mountain-Hekou,and Shengtang Mountain-Wuzhi Mountain-Pingzhu-Luoxiang were re established.The county launched the development goal of "taking ecology as the foundation of the county,and stimulating new momentum of green development".As a result,the "World Yao City" in Jinxiu Yao Autonomous County was renamed "Shanshui Yao City",trying to achieve industrial transformation and development by integrating the national nature reserves,cold mountain living environment,five branches of the Yao people,ecological health care ethnic medicine and other favorable conditions with the help of Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area and other surrounding high-quality tourist markets.However,after 23 years of continuous efforts,the integration and development of the ecological culture and tourism industry in Jinxiu Shanshui Yaocheng has not been smooth.This article takes Jinxiu Shanshui Yaocheng as a typical case,based on the theory of industrial integration,and combines literature research,field investigation,and questionnaire analysis to explore the driving mechanism and constraints of the integration development of the ecological,cultural,and tourism industries,in order to solve the dilemma of deep integration development of ecological,cultural,and tourism industries in ethnic minority areas.After comprehensive investigation and analysis,it was found that ecology,culture,and tourism are a new type of special "agricultural,cultural,and tourism" industry integration form based on the ecological living environment,with local cultural connotations as the core,and tourism service reception as the means.The most significant feature of this form is the stratification,superposition,interweaving,and integration of "ecology,culture,and tourism",The unique industrial forms and other related industrial forms need a common driving mechanism and driving force to promote each other,in order to integrate and innovate and improve development.The main reason why the ecological and cultural tourism industry of Jinxiu Shanshui Yaocheng has been stagnant for a long time and the integration development is limited is due to issues such as imbalanced industrial integration,insufficient integration depth,and insufficient integration benefits.As a result,the study proposes a train of thought for the integrated development of the ecological and cultural tourism industry in Jinxiu Shanshui Yaocheng,and proposes an industrial policy path.The research results can provide inspiration for solving similar problems through the paths of basic updates,medical and health care,ethnic customs,creative economy,linkage consumption,characteristic economy,and market dissemination.
