At present, anxiety disorder is one of the most common mental illnesses in the world, and has become a major psychological problem among young people. As one of the young groups, college students are generally under high pressure during the COVID-19 epidemic, and long-term negative emotions can easily lead to serious psychological problems such as anxiety disorders.Generalized anxiety disorder(Generalized Anxiety Disorder,GAD)is one of the most common anxiety disorders, not easy to treat, and often coexists with other psychological problems.College students are often affected by academic pressure, interpersonal relationship and employment pressure to produce anxiety, which will further affect the individual’s academic status and physical and mental health, leading to anxiety disorders. Therefore, timely and effective prediction of generalized anxiety disorder and its symptoms is necessary, which is of great significance for maintaining mental health.Numerous studies have shown that anxiety disorders are significantly correlated with personality traits.Recent studies have found that impartiality sensitivity,as a stable personality trait,is significantly associated with generalized anxiety disorder, but is this relationship stable under different stress states,is there a causal link, and what is the mechanism? Existing research has not provided clear answers to these questions. Therefore,on the basis of verifying the results of previous studies, this study explored the predictive effect of justice sensitivity on GAD under different stress states, and further explore the mediating effect of negative emotion, modulation of pressure perception and the mediating effect of negative information attention bias, including three studies.Study 1 used a cross-sectional study design to investigate the individual’s justice sensitivity in predicting anxiety disorders under different stress conditions-the mediating mechanism of negative emotions and the moderating effect of stress perception. This research enrolled 622 college students from Hangzhou Normal University as the participants, and adopted the method of questionnaire survey. The results showed that:(1)There was a significant positive correlation between the two dimensions of justice sensitivity and GAD.(2)Negative emotion plays a partial mediating role between personal perspective justice sensitivity and GAD.(3)Stress perception played a moderating role between the mediator variable negative emotion and the dependent variable GAD.Study 2 used a longitudinal follow-up research design to explore the relationship between justice sensitivity and GAD and the internal mediating mechanism of negative emotions under different test stress states. In this study,164 college students from Hangzhou Normal University were used as participants, and a one-semester follow-up study was carried out by using the method of questionnaire survey. At the beginning of the semester and at the end of the semester, justice sensitivity, anxiety disorders, and negative emotions were measured. The results showed that:(1)The levels of stress perception and negative emotion at the end of the semester were significantly higher than those at the beginning of the semester, and there was no significant differences in justice sensitivity and GAD between the beginning and the end of the semester.(2)The impartiality sensitivity of personal perspective at the beginning of the semester had a significant positive predictive effect on the level of GAD at the end of the semester.(3)Negative emotion had a longitudinal mediating effect between personal perspective justice sensitivity and GAD.(4)Stress perception played a moderating role in the longitudinal prediction of personal perspective justice sensitivity on negative emotion.Study 3 used the point-probe paradigm to explore the role of negative information attentional bias in the relationship between justice sensitivity and GAD.In this study,69 college students from Hangzhou Normal University were used as participants. The experimental method and questionnaire method were combined. The attentional bias level of tested negative information. The results of the study showed that in the laboratory environment, the correlation between justice sensitivity and GAD did not reach a significant level, and further analysis of mediating and moderating effects could not be carried out, which may be related to the small sample size. The overall conclusion of this study showed that, firstly, impartiality sensitivity of college students could affect GAD by affecting negative emotions, and stress perception played a moderating role in it.Secondly, through follow-up research,it was found that there was a certain causal relationship between justice sensitivity and GAD,and at different levels of stress perception, the impact of justice sensitivity on GAD was also different,as shown in the higher the stress perception level of college students, the greater the impact of justice sensitivity on GAD.However,in small samples, the relationship between justice sensitivity and GAD was unclear. This study believes that in mental health education,we should pay attention to college students with high levels of justice sensitivity, and at the same time cultivate their ability to regulate stress and emotions,so as to improve the anxiety status of college students and improve their mental health.
