| Chinese government sent the first Chinese language professor to teach Chinese at the request of University of Felix Houphouette Boigny in Ivory Coast in May 2008.And the language education link between the two countries has been maintained ever since.Chinese textbooks used in Ivory Coast are the HSK Standard Course series.This thesis chooses the first volume of this series as the research object,finds that the HSK Standard Course 1 is well accepted and used widely in Ivory Coast through the interview and survey of Ivory Coast Chinese teachers and students,and ivory Coast teachers and students also put forward advice and suggestions for Ivorian scholars to compile Chinese textbooks for themselves.The advice and suggestions include the following 6 aspects,that is,add game and performance activities in the new textbooks,musicalize the Chinese tones,repeat new words to strengthen the vocabulary input effect,repeat grammar rules to strengthen students’ Chinese grammar,increase practical teaching activities in the exercise part.And finally,as for the choice of the text content,the author suggests adding colorful corpus and video teaching materials from Ivorian daily life to the Chinese textbooks in order to teach Ivorian Chinese learners to describe Ivorian daily life in Chinese in a more natural manner.At the same time,the author finds that Ivorian teachers and students believe that it is necessary to interpret Chinese in French in new Chinese textbooks and that Chinese teachers should not be completely Chinese or completely Ivorian,and bilingual teachers should be selected in order to effectively improve Ivorian students’ Chinese learning. |
