Discussing The Creative Ideas Of "Guozhuang" (series Of Paintings) Through Interpreting Zhang Hong's "Zhiyuan Tu

After thousands of years of evolution,Chinese garden painting reached its peak in the Ming Dynasty.After entering the Ming Dynasty,garden painting was influenced by the tradition of Song and Yuan Dynasties and inspired by Western painting,and interwoven with the popular gardening activities in the Ming Dynasty,and many wonderful masterpieces emerged.From the perspective of the classification of garden paintings,Zhang Hong’s "Garden Stop Map" is an extraordinary booklet.On the basis of inheriting the traditional booklet,it combines the advantages and characteristics of hand scroll and single scroll: It not only describes individual scenery in detail like booklet,but also creates the connection between front and back scenes like hand scroll.It also uses a single panorama to control each sub-view map,making the whole album become an organic whole.In the traditional painting form,"Garden Stop Picture" adopts the concrete expression technique and a new perspective of composition.Through careful thinking and the design of the picture structure,it objectively depicts a real garden.The creation of Guozhuang(group painting)is not a simple copy of pictures in conception.After a large number of materials and many field visits,the author has a clear understanding of the key remains of Guozhuang and a real contact with the real object,so that the creation does not stop the surface of the floating image,but the true feelings after real contact with nature.In the process of creation,I constantly read and read Zhang Hong’s Garden Stop Painting to learn Zhang Hong’s artistic techniques in composition,choice of scenery and brushwork expression.In the process of practice,I face nature and follow the artistic techniques of "writing as seen" to complete the creation of Guo Zhuang(group painting).Then summed up the following theory: painting should not be bound by the formula mode,must face the nature,respect the objective existence,must constantly explore their own painting language and fun in the process of painting.
