Research On The Word "de" In Yangquan Dialect

The function word"de"holds a very important position in modern Chinese,and scholars have been conducting relevant research since the beginning of the last century.In dialects,many scholars have also noticed the special expression of the word"de".The usage of"de"in Yangquan dialect is unique and has high research value.This article is based on the description of the function word"de"in Yangquan dialect,and conducts a detailed analysis from aspects such as phonetic form,syntactic position,grammatical function,and special structure.At the same time,this article also compares the relevant phenomena of the word"de"in Yangquan dialect with modern Chinese Mandarin,internal words in Yangquan dialect,and surrounding dialects of Shanxi,in order to organically combine"pu—fang"as much as possible,reveal the characteristics and laws exhibited by"de"in Yangquan dialect,and thus contribute to the study of Shanxi dialect.The article is divided into seven chapters,and the main body consists of five chapters.The introduction section briefly introduces the geographical overview of Yangquan and the phonetic system of Yangquan dialect;Summarized the current status of research on Yangquan dialect and sorted out the existing research on the research object"de"in Shanxi dialect;This article mainly explains the main significance,research methods,and corpus sources of this study.The second chapter mainly describes and analyzes the usage,meaning,and function of"de"as a noun affix in Yangquan dialect.The third chapter examines the syntactic distribution,grammatical meaning,and pragmatic function of the structural auxiliary word"de"in Yangquan dialect.It specifically describes the usage of"de"as an adverbial grammatical unit followed by"de₁",an adjective grammatical unit followed by"de ₂",a noun grammatical unit followed by"de ₃",and the attributive marker"de ₄".By analyzing the relationship between the four situations,it is concluded that"de ₁"and"de ₂"do not require special distinction,and"de ₃"and"de ₄"can be transformed into each other.This chapter also provides a brief analysis of the function of the structural auxiliary word"de",stating that its function is to highlight the modifier.Chapter 4 is a description and analysis of the usage and function of non structural auxiliary words"de".Based on the actual dialect,this article believes that"de"can be used as a dynamic auxiliary,modal particle,and complement marker.The common sentence structures where dynamic auxiliary words mark the continuous aspect include"V de","S+V₁+de+V₂...","N_L+V de","S+V de+is+O",etc;The sentence pattern marked with the perfect aspect is"S+V+O（+lai）"."de"can indicate a declarative and imperative tone,and when used as a complement marker,it often appears as a positional complement and a directional complement.Chapter 5 mainly introduces two special structures related to"de"in Yangquan dialect,namely"Hao de"and"kinship address+de".An analysis was conducted on the syntactic,semantic,and pragmatic levels of"Hao de"and"kinship terms+de".Chapter 6 is a comparative study of"de",which is divided into two parts.One part compares the words with similar functions to"de"within Yangquan dialect;Part of it is a comparison with other dialects in Shanxi.Reflects the characteristics of"de"in Yangquan dialect and the consistency of"de"in Shanxi dialect.The conclusion summarizes the main research content and viewpoints of this article,introduces the innovation of this study,and also points out the shortcomings of this study.
