Study On The Optimum Location And The Intensive Use Of Urban Land Based On GIS

The intensive use and the optimum location (IUOL) of urban land are the core of urban land use problem. It is one of hotspots of research present how to structure a kind of the theory and its technical realization of objectivity, quantification in urban land use. Based on the summarizing production of domestic and international relevant study,author try to design basic theoretical system, method model system, realization way of melting quantification and technology, visualizing of course and result etc. About IUOL with systematic characteristic of Chinese urban land use, it can help the department of managing and planning to find the better goal scheme of urban land use.The thesis studies extensively and thoroughly from many layers such as theory, method, technology, demonstration around the center of IUOL of urban land use.(1) The optimum location is the one of absolutely necessarily condition for the intensive use of urban land. But so far, the intensive use and the optimum location of urban land were studied independently and the coupling (mix together) research for both shows yet to be below. Based on the background of such a theory and practice, author put forward a new research thought-5P: Possible reason Possible course Possible influence-Possible result-Possible reconstruction.(2) It is a intersectant complexity science of IUOL research. This paper analysed the dialectic relation between the intensive use and the optimum location, and founded the the theoretical system consisting of developping law of urban land use, complexity principle, goal principle and ecological thought concept etc..According to the theoretical system, the IUOL's principle was set up. The IUOL principle consists of goal, principle, working program, index system and its standard value etc.(3) These contents, the basic theoretical, model method, technical realization and experiment course etc., were expound respectively for the optimum location, the potential appraisement of intensive use and the intensive optimum location of urban land use. This paper successfully establishment the opimum location mode of urban land use about the niche adaptability appraisement-CA development - GIS space layout optimization and the niche adaptability appraisement-GA development-GIS space layout on the thought of from whole to part-from part to whole.The concept of land use space change was put forward. Based on common intensive degree principle, the intensive degree model of urban land use was established and used it to the case of Jinan urban area. The mode of intensive optimum location, coupling GA development-potential grade -CA development-GIS, was founded and the mode's result assessment technique, DEA-GIS validity diagnosis model, was founded too.The large-scale experiment of urban area of Jinan city has gotten success.
