Electron Momentum Spectroscopy is the new experiment technique in researching the electronic structure of atoms and moleccules, and the new item of physics analysis instrument meanwhile. It can test the quantum chemistry theory and is more sensitive than the PES. In traditional atom & molecule spectroscopy research, by the PES and related experiment technique the main information can be obtained is the binding enery spectra structure. By EMS not only the combination energy of target electron , the main satellite structure, but also the transitions, the momentum distribution and the electron correlation effects can be viewed directly.The report include two part: first the fundamental principle and the theory is introduced, the whole structure and the function with parameters of the second generation electron momentum spectrometer. After the fine adjustment of our experiment apparatus, the spectrometer energy dispation is 0.9 eV. Upon this we measure the conbination energy spectrum and momentum spectrum of valence orbital electron of C2H6. furthmore we get the isolation spectrum of valence orbital electron of N2 and C3H8 for the first time. We compare the experiment results with the results caculated by three theoretical methods : RHF method with 6-311G(d,p) basic functions. At the second part it is the design of Multiparameter coincidence measure system of electrom momentum spectrometer.
