The paper is primary fruits of the project IGCP447, NSF ( 40172043 40172043 ) and the leading project of Sinopec .The objective of my research is establish the high-frequency sequence stratigraphy framework and correlate comprehensively the stratigraphy of the Neo-proterozoic strata (original Sinian) in the Ji-Liao-Xu-Huai which is my studied area. Based on the results made by the other scientists Tectonic Geology, Paleontology, I studied synthetically the stratigraphy by means of the method and theory of Sedimentology, Sequence Stratigraphy and Geological Events. I combined the large amount of the materials of outcrop and section, the thin section, chemical analysis and the Isotopic Sr and C to divide and correlate the sequence stratigrahpy of my studied area.Based on research fruit of the project IGCP447, Chinese work group carried on the research on MT's events in Neo-proterozoic strata (original Sinian) in the Ji-Liao-Xu-Huai, the isotope dating, and Sr C isotopic measurements, the achievements show that this suit of layer is formed under the warm damp climate, which bellow the strata of the Chengbing stage Nanhua system of Yangtze plate, equals with Wuxing mountain group, Huainan group as well as Wanglong formation of Jilin and so on, all above as a unit of a system which can be correlated, but can not be included in Nanhua system, and should be named a new system Beihua; Based on the field work, intergraded others data, Beihua system can be divided into 30 3rd graded cyclic sequencesApplication astronomy cycle theory , based on detailed measurement of meter-scaled cycles, stacking of the meter-scaled cycles, fisher graph, unconformity surface of the discontinue facies and other types of sequence boundaries, and transgression to regression sea level change curve MT's event , The maxims sea-flooding event Dry event storm event Completeing the research of Neo-Proterozoic Era layer dividing and correlation.We concluded that Neo-proterozoic strata (original Sinian) in the Ji-Liao-Xu-Huai which was the continental sea deposit of craton; Depositional system in my studied area are mainlyslope and continental shelf margin of carbonate basin, including chiefly the deposition of open platform, semi-closed platform, marginal granular shoal and marginal reef.I combined the large amount of the materials of outcrop and section, the thin section, the dominated primary MT carbonates exited in micrite, marlite, calcilutite of slope and continental shelf margin.The MT carbonates formed several stages and with complex origin, special in dolomitization, MT carbonate was in the form of calcite in epigenetic stage; This is the preliminary research fruit.Base on meter-scaled cycles sequence as working unit and the MT stratum sequence, storm event Dry event the maxims sea-flooding event, we used high-frequency sequence stratigraphy framework and correlate comprehensively the stratigraphy of the Neo-proterozoic strata (original Sinian) in the Ji-Liao-Xu-Huai area. Established the basin sequence stratigraphy framework, and mapped whole basin isochronism lithofacies and paleogeographic map on the basis of the dominant lithofacies, principled by astronomy cycle theory.Used the well drilling datum, I combined with analysis of the sample from field section. We choosed some impotant out section studied the source rock distribution in the Ji-Liao-Xu-Huai area. In order to forecast the source rock thermal evolution,To determine the degree of maturation in Ji-Liao-Xu-Huai area, I take experiments of thermolytic dissociation , also illite crystalinity. In order to divided the type of organic , I testing the asphalt "A", It can be divided into 9 units by its distribution in the horizontal and vertical parts, we analyzed organic content of hydrocarbon source rock and the types as well as degree of maturation, also forecasting the organic carbon and type of kerogen as well as thermal evolution of the hydrocarbon source rock. We focus on the dark carbonates and mud stone.The stress is evaluated dark colours carbonate crag and the mudstone student hydrocarbon latent capacity. Make out the evaluation criterion of hydrocarbon source rock in Ji-Liao-Xu-Huai areaThrough research on the samples, we will make out the source rock of Ji-Liao-Xu-Huaiarea in Proterozoic Era with the character of high degree of maturation and little organic material, which could be the differential source rock, further more the Weiji formation can not be the source rock.
