In this paper the author described lithostratigraphy of Baiyunebo Group in detail. According to rock assemblage, sedimentary characteristic, Baiyunebo Group have been divided into Dulahala Formation, Jeanshan Formation, Hahuogete Formation, Bilvte Formation, Baiyinbulage Formation and Hujiertu Formation. After analyzing the characteristic of the sedimentary formation of the Baiynebo Group, it can be think that Baiynebo Group represent sedimentary-volcanic Formation in the background in the perid for stabilize the mainland edge to convert the movable mainland edge in the north edge of the North China Plate. On the theories of sequence stratigraphy, the author have studied the typical interface and internal construction, and have sum up the characteristic of the events stratigraphy, the chemistry stratigraphy and the cyclic stratigraphy. Baiyunebo Group can be divided into 1 big sequence, 3 mesosequence,6 orthosequence, 52 subsequence, 128 small sequence, and can be divided into no-block coast sedimentary system, block type the coast land-derived clastic sedimentary system, shore carbonate sedimentary system, shallow sea sedimentary system, delta sedimentary system, and divided into 9 kinds sedimentary facies, 27 tiny sedimentary facies. The sedimentary environment of Baiynebo Group is main belonged to the shore- shallow sea environment, and partial is belonged to the delta environment. In Baiyunebo Group there were the construct evends, the volcanic explosion evends, thereversed polarity evends of ancient magnetism, the lack oxygen evends, the storm evends, the rain-storm evends, the earthquake evends and mineralization evends etc. The chemistry stratigraphy of Baiyunebo Group contained the chemistry period of Dulahala-Jeanshan, period of Hahuogete, period of Bilvte, period of Baiyinbulage and period of Hujiertu, and the variety of each chemical element result from the variety of the sedimentary environment.
