Based on the theory and the method and the technology of Geo-information Tupu,combined with the Mathematical modeling theory and geo-visualization theory, thethesis's objectives are to explore the framework of spatial information model and thespatial information analysis method, and integrated with the information visualizationtechnology for the analysis of information visualization expression; And to supply thefoundation for the further mining of eco-environment spatial information. This thesiscontains:(1) Compared the major research content and classifying system of spatialinformation modeling and geo-modeling in geo. We bring forward the modelingframework of spatial information analysis in eco-environment comprehensive informationTupu, and based on the technology developing tendency, suggested the attentions shouldbe focused on the scale analysis, spatial data mining, artificial intelligence, visualizeexpressing.(2) The multi-scale analysis problem research status in current geographical andecological research is reviewed. Focused in discussing the wavelet analysis theory, it'smajor concept and the application in geo-data processing is introduced. By combined thestepwise linear-regression analysis method, the multi-scale wavelet analysis model ofeco-environment comprehensive information Tupu is bring forward. And using thismethod, the research area's eco-environment comprehensive information Tupumulti-scale structure is studied. In this process, several ecological factors andenvironmental factors are used.(3) By using the rough set method and self-organizing feature maps method ofknowledge discovery in the research of Mathematical modeling of eco-environmentcomprehensive information Tupu, The possibility of using such methods todiscover theecological rule and cluster is discussed. Rough set method can be used it' s decision ruleto reason and Classify, it' has some predominance in processing the high-dimension datain eco and ecology, can be used to find the spatial combination of multi-dimensional datain research area conveniently and sum up several ecological information Tupu rule, exert attribute simplification influence. By the non-supervised feature in net training process,The cluster method based on the self-organizing feature maps can duster themulti-dimensional data of research are easily, and it's result have geographical means insome extent.(4)The visualization analysis Theory is Combined in the research ofeco-environment comprehensive information Tupu. And the action of visualization theoryin the implementation of data mining of eco-environment comprehensive informationTupu is discussed. The visualization of multi-dimensional data of Tupu is express in detailfrom spatial 3D graph expression, multi-dimensional statistical graph expression, therelation of map to rule. In multi-dimensional information statistical graph expression,several common method is emphasized, includes parallel coordinates, scatter matrix,multi-dimensional scatter etc. Through the design and implementation of visualizationprototype system of eco-environmental comprehensive information Tupu, the applicationof visualization analysis is accounted for. The prototype system's design objective,function design, framework, software platform and main interface design are alsodiscussed.
