Fankou Lead-zinc ore deposits located in the northern active margin ofQujiang-Renhua tectonic basin. During the developing processes of thereginal vortex structure, brougth about a set of nappe or decollement struc-tures, formed NW.NNW deep-cutting fractures and folds,"curviplanarfractures" which resulted from compounding of EW.NE and SN faults inFankou ore district, both of them belonged to compresso-shear andtenso-shear volute structures of the vortex structure separately, they consti-tuted the most important metallogenic and ore-housing structure system. The flowing and sinking effects of the vortex structure led to a series oftectono-magmatic activity, petrogenesis and metallogenesis, especially, thelast episode of Hercynian Orogeny and Indosinian Orogeny offered drivenforce for the mobilization and metallization of Lead-zinc ore-forming sub.stances. Compressing and shear-gliding causing by metallotect features re-sulted in enrichment of ore-forming substances in fault blocks bytectono-adjustment: lead enriched in the centre of shear zone, zinc enrichedin the margin. Injection of Yanshanian magmatic hydrothermal solution, superimposition of U-Th-Pb radioactive substances, metamorphism re.sulting from tectono-thermal events in the ore district, tectono-annealingand displacement in solid state, all of them as metallotectonic force or agen-cy, reformed antecedent ore bodies or protore and made them moreenriched, eventuall formed rich ore cluster depending on curviplanar frac-tures and filling into interlayer-gliding faults. The research achievemcnts on tectono-geochemistry,lead isotope, sul-fur isotope, carbon, hydrogen and oxygen isotope, rare earth elements, com-position of inclusion water and kerogen, petrofabric analysis and metallogenic simulated experiment focused on a conclusion of that a seriesof magmatic hydrothermal activities and metallizations causing bytectono-dynamic effect, formed unique Fankou Pb-Zn enrichment ore de.posits.The mineralization of Fankou ore deposits had its own particularities. In the metallogeny series of Mississippi-Alps-Ireland-Kuroko or Besshitypes of Lead-zinc ore deposits, can not including all of the characteristicsof Fankou deposit, comparatively, Fankou deposit was more similar toMississippi-type compared with others. The metallogeny proccess ofFankou deposit may like this: on the basis of ore source bed or protore pro-duced sedimentary-reformed Lead-zinc enriched ore deposits bytectono-dynamic effect, magmatic hydrothermal activity andmetamorphism. The tectono-dynamic effdct is one of importantmetallogenetic factors which can not be ignored.
