In this work, the interaction energy range from 10keV to 18keV negative ions O-by 2×1.7MV tandem accelerator with Al2O3 nanocapillaries have been studied. Internationally,we study the interaction negative ions O- with Al2O3 nanocapillaries for the first time. Two kinds of nanocapillary are used in the experiment including uncoated nanocapillary and coated with Au.We use the deflection plate and the position sensitive detection to measure the angle distribution of the transmission of O-,O0 and O+ ions through nanocapillaries. The experimental result shows that:With the varying the tilt angleψ,the angular distribution of the transmitted ions are observed. When the tilt angle is larger than the value, there are two Gauss peaks measured with MCP detector; As the increasing of the tilt angleψ,the relative intensity of transmitted ions is decreasing.Higher the incident energy is,quicker the decreasing of relative intensity of transmitted ions is; With the increasing of the tilt angleψ,when higher the incident energy is,quicker the decreasing of ratio of O-/O transmitted ions is,and quicker the increasing of ratio O0/O and O+/O are;By analyzing the FWHM of P1 and P2,we find that the transmission ions are composed of the ions directly passing through nanocapillaries and the elastic scattering.
