Lanthanide. which possess especial 4f electronic shell capabilities such as nonlinear optics, electricity, magnetism and so on, is the mine of new-model materials. Since there are rich rare earth resources and its extremely advantaged virtue, many scientists have paid much attention to the area of lanthanide study. Rare earth complexes, which possess good luminescence efficient and pure emission quantum yield, are important materials of LED with high quality. Therefore, it presents deep interests in investigating the luminescence of the rare complexes. Since last century, rare earth complexes have been used to treat such diseases as gout, diabetes mellitus, tuberculosis, rheumatism, arthritis, thrombus and so on, due to its increasingly interesting investigation in the biochemistry area and its compounds as well as rare earth possessing anti-inflammatory, antibiosis, hpyerglycemic, antuoagulation, antitumor effects. At the same time, Lanthanide can be also acted as fertilizer to improve the quantity and quality of the agricultural product, to promote absorption of micronutrient element.The present results indicate that although investigation on rare earth located at the initial stage with wide scope, and the studying content is much systemic rather than scattered, neither aiming at researching the bacteriostasis of the seventeen lanthanide elements with whose biological action is much different, nor exploring from the mechanism of the organic ligands and lanthanide ions bacteriostasis. In order to exploit- ting new types rare earth bacteriostat with high active and low mammalian toxic, it is necessary to make clear the rare earth bacteriostat's active mechanism, since the application of its bacteriostasis is under the exploring and developing stage in every aspect. The purpose of this issue is to exploit the bacteriostasis effects and mechanisms of the rare earth to bacillus and epiphytes such as staphylococcus aureus, colon bacillus, hay bacillus and candida albicans and to show rare earth complexes bacteriostasis activity discipline through lots of monitoring means, so that it provides valuable information in studying the bacteriostasis mechanism of the rare earth complexes. At the same time, indole carboxylic acid (indole-3-acetic and indole -3-butyric acid) is an important plant growth harmone playing a great role in the process of growth, especially, plant hormone has received close attention because of its effect in plant after it forms complex with metal. In addition, indole carboxylic acid can become an important interactional substance between the associating plants and animalcules, when it is secreted by descendixng axis and drainaged by animalcules ferment and then come into the soil. On the other hand, heteroauxing can be acted as the important substance controlling metal solubility through complexation with kinds of metal elements in the soil, and make remarkable impact on the behavior of soil metal. What's more, the main source of poisonous heavy metal plumbum, cadmium in the food chain is absorbed from soil circumstance by plants because plants excreting organic acid ability is quite menaced by heavy metal whereas organic acid from the descending axis and heavy metal forming complex can make exceeding influence on the heavy metal's activity in the soil body and its biological validity. However, it is lackable of information for researching the action between the according heteroauxing and each metal. Therefore, if the effect rule and the forming mechanism of heteroauxing acting with metal is enough required, it must be useful for studying its biological function and it is also foreseeable that organic lanthanide complexes which are used to be pesticide and medicine will start a new area in the rare earth application field. In this thesis, it is firstly reported that there are twenty-five complexes and three compounds, featured in the centered lanthanide ions/transition metals and organic conjugation system containing nitrogen or sulfur such as plant growth harmone heteroauxing and indole butyric acid, which are dividing into four main categories:1/. lanthanide-indole-3-acetic-phenanthroline complexes;2/. Lanthanide-indole-3-butyric acid-phenanthroline complexes; 3/. Transition heteroauxing-phenanthroline complexes; 4/. Oxovanadium complexes with oxygen and sulfur donors and thiamin pyrphosphate (TPP) supermolecule. All complexes and compounds above are characterized by element analysis,IR spectrum. UV spectrum and fluorescence spectrum and X-ray, ect. It is demonstrated as following. (â…°) complexes containing uranium presents pure red glow while complexes containing terbium presents pure green glow:(â…±) lanthanide/transition-indole acids-phenanthroline complexes has broad spectrum antibiosism effect to colon bacillus, pseudomonas aeruginosa, candida albicans, staphylococcus aureus and hay hacillus, which presents a definite dosage effect(linear)relation. The complexes'antibacterial activity is mainly from the ligand of 1,10-phenanthroline. due to positive cooperativity between the lanthanide ions of some complexes and 1,10-phenanthroline;(â…²) The bud examination of cucumber seed demonstrated that lanthanide-heteoauxing complexes promote the growth of cucumber seedingly especially in the lower concentration.The tenet of this thesis is to investigate the new-pattern plant growth substance which can accelerate plant growth as well as restrain plant diseases and insect pests. The twenty lanthanide/transition heteroauxing and indole butyric acid complexes has good effect to colon bacillus, staphylococcus aureus, pseudomonas aeruginosa, candida albicans and hay bacillus, and has active effects to the growth of cucumber seedlings which is superior to that of plant growth substance. However, there is still limitation for the experiments of the impact of other bacillus and plant diseases and pests on plant seeds. In order to study well, this is an endless process that needs increasing innovation and deep investigation. The work should include widening the scopes of plant seeds, testing the plant virus and studying the retarding effect of the plant bug. All in all, there remains much attempt and hard work to make the plant growth diseases and insect pests and boost plants growing development in foreseeable future.
