This thesis is funded by Beijing Science and Technology Program projects, the generic technology researched and application on measuring and evaluating of Numerical control equipment systems (No. XJZZ0704) in this paper, we developed the spindle whole test platform, and planed the procedure about test and analyze of the high-speed motorized spindle system. The object is to understand the comprehensive properties of the spindle even more by this. Due to the high-speed motorized spindle system has characteristic of the complex electromechanical system, the major contribution of the work is summarized as followings.(1) Rotation error is one of the key indexes of spindle's dynamic performance and the most important factors influencing the machining accuracy. Through in-depth study on the measurement theory of spindle rotation error and statistical error separation technique, a kind of dynamic-performance measurement system of high-speed motorized spindle's rotation error is constructed; it can simply and effectively test and get the true rotation error of spindle under all kind of behaviours. At the same time, we contrast the result of our system with the result of API, Their findings are almost. This prove that error separation technique-statistical is trustworthy and nicety.(2) In order to fulfill the static and dynamic characteristics experiment and testing of bearing retightening state, here we proposed a novel shock excitation experiment programmed called Rapid time-steady-state sinusoidal excitation swept frequency response function measurement system and method. In this way we adopted steady state sinusoidal, the excitation power is great and the energy is concentrated. Higher-order modes can be shocked out easily; excitation response use static data and have high SNR (more than 75dB); has more frequency resolution (due to precision of acquisition card), and it sampled in a whole cycle, the result is credible and has a high precision;(3) Based on the relationship between bearing preload and system natural frequency, this paper presents a new method to determine bearing preload, that's based on the single degree of freedom of bearing preload test system. Namely, how to get the bearings preload is according to the system natural frequency, the method reveals that the bearing preload test can reflect the intrinsic system relationship between the natural frequency and bearing preload. The results show that the stability of test performance, test data is reliable, it reflects the characteristics of the bearing preload to some extent. (4) The thesis's research is based on the stands of ANSI/AMSE and VDI/DGQ3441, integrated our country's stands, and meted the need of producer and customer. It comprehensively and systematically introduces the testing purposes, tasks and methods of the integrated testing system, designs the whole plan to roundly measure and objectively evaluates of high-speed spindle, proves the theoretical foundation and experimental methods.(5) According to the practical requires of comprehensive testing and evaluation of the motorized spindle of numerical control machine that comes from Beijing Machine Tool Plant, this thesis exploits a comprehensive Measurement and Evaluation System of high-speed motorized Spindle.It includes two parts of hardware and software, Hardware is comprised by test-bed and it's accessories and variety of other testing instruments. Software which based on LabVIEW is a comprehensive testing system for the motorized spindle to realize functions of testing and experiment. The really contents of the test system including: 1. spindle's temperature rise;2. thermal deformation test;3. speed-load characteristic measurement of high-speed motorized spindle;4. The measurement of motorized spindle's rotating accuracy;5. Dynamic and static characteristics of motorized spindle;6. the state of bearing pre-tightening, and so on. At the same, we have analysis and discussion about above results.In one word, based on the research and manufacture of test platform used in the comprehensive performance test and evaluation of motorized spindle, With the view of assembled, test and analyze is used to verify the basis assembled, and is regarded as the reference for improve the products quality. With the view of customer, the result of analyze is to take for a reference that customer demand.
