With the continuous development and progress of modern high-end equipment manufacturing technology,high-speed machining technology with high speed,high efficiency and high precision is the inevitable development direction of high-end manufacturing field.The key components of high-speed machining of high speed motorized spindle during high speed machining due to the outside world and its existence under the influence of various factors motivate complex vibration,temperature rise,these factors will directly affect the machining parts surface quality,directly determine the performance of high speed motorized spindle and the important indicators of high speed machine tool performance.In this paper,based on the newly developed high-speed precision motorized spindle,a large number of experimental data which affect the key performance of high-speed precision motorized spindle machining,such as spindle vibration,spindle temperature rise and surface roughness of the processed parts,are obtained through orthogonal experiments.The influence of cutting parameters on the performance of high-speed motorized spindle is determined by mathematical statistical analysis and the best cutting parameters are obtained.It provides important experimental data reference for studying dynamic machining performance of high speed precision motorized spindle.Specific work has been done as follows:Based on the orthogonal experiment of vibration characteristics of high-speed precision motorized spindle,the vibration data of high-speed precision motorized spindle under the four key machining parameters of spindle speed,axial cutting depth,radial cutting depth and feed per tooth were measured.By analyzing the experimental data,the general rules between spindle vibration and cutting parameters are summarized,and it is concluded that when the spindle speed,axial cutting depth,radial cutting depth and feed per tooth are optimized,the vibration speed of high-speed precision motorized spindle is the minimum.Second,was carried out based on the high speed motorized spindle temperature rise characteristic of orthogonal experiment,the multiple sets of milling experiment was carried out,measuring the spindle speed,axial cutting depth,the radial cuttingdepth,each tooth feeding condition parameters such as temperature rise value,detailed analysis of the spindle temperature rise and the general rule of change between cutting parameters,according to the statistical analysis it is concluded that the extremely four milling parameters on the influence of high speed motorized spindle temperature rise.The optimum spindle speed,axial cutting depth,radial cutting depth and feed per tooth are obtained.Based on the high-speed motorized spindle high-speed machining by processing parts orthogonal experiment,the surface roughness of the measured the spindle speed,axial per tooth cutting depth,the radial cutting depth,feed and other key parameters under the condition of the surface roughness value,summary analysis of the cutting parameters and the changing rule of the processed parts between the surface roughness,concluded that it can accurately describe the four parameters of surface roughness empirical formula,optimize the machining parameters,determined the spindle speed,axial per tooth cutting depth,the radial cutting depth and feed to obtain the optimal value,minimum surface roughness.The three key machining characteristics of the high-speed and high-precision motorized spindle studied in this paper are carried out under the condition of dynamic load.The conclusions and data provide necessary data support for the design of the high-precision motorized spindle of the high-speed machine tool,the performance research of the high-speed motorized spindle and the selection of the high-speed machining process parameters.Therefore,the research on the three key characteristics of the vibration and temperature rise of the precision motorized spindle and the quality of the machined parts under the condition of high-speed machining is of more practical significance.
