In The New Twelfth-Five Year Plan of China, it says that there will be a great need of coal resources, may be more than 4 billon ton per year. 75% of the coal will be produced from West China, which brings great challenge to environment protection. Before the mining started, the calculation of mining subsidence can be helpful to evaluate the damage degree to environment, and make the right decision to repair the damage. The mining subsidence calculation technology in China has some disadvantages, such as: different places have different calculation methods, and the mathematic model in the calculation systems is limited. Base on these problems, this paper puts forward a new solution, the widely adapted mining subsidence calculation technology, and systematically recesearched the compulsory component of the technology. The author has designed and finished 9 experiments of equivalent material model and has researched the deformation monitoring method of the model. Firstly the author uses the photographic surveying of industry system to monitor the model, and develops a system to manage the experiment data. Results show that, the solution of model deformation monitoring is more efficient, comprehensive and precise than before. Some valuable laws of mining subsidence have been acquired: the more oblique the coal seam is, the more asymmetry the subsidence profiles will be. The deformation in the rocks is the essential reason of the asymmetry character of subsidence profile. The dip angle of coal seam changed the way of deformation transferring in rocks. The author systematically researches the mathematical model of mining subsidence calculation on the condition of any coal seam dip angle. This paper researches the suitability of method of probability integration with different coal seam dip angles, which based on the nonlinearity curve fitting, and points out these problems, and puts forward a method to correct the defects. The research of coupling between the mining subsidence calculation model and digital elevation model is carried out. Also the key parts of implementing the new calculation system are deeply researched. And finally, the widely adapted mining subsidence calculation technology is finished.
