In this paper, GIS technology is introduced into Mining Subsidence Science. It combines with Probability integral Method to design and achieve a comprehensive evaluation system which is about Coalmine Exploitation and Damage. The system integrates with data management, subsidence prediction, contours drawing of movement and deformation, three-dimension visualization analysis. The Caving Face Subdivision and Small Size Goaf Prediction are deeply studied based on original Probability Integral Prediction Model. By analysis and comparison, the proposed method is feasible and in favor of improving the Prediction Precision. The Construction Method and Realization Process of Constraint TIN are put forward which are based on Delaunay Algorithm. The established DEN proves that the algorithm can describe details of Strata Movement better. Disadvantages of GIS technology are particularly elaborated in Mining Subsidence prediction. Based on Visual Basic 6.0, the ArcGIS Engine component is embedded into the system by COM technique, which makes up for the deficiency of the system in visualization analysis. The accuracy of Subsidence Prediction using the system is tested via two engineering examples. It also verifies the practicability of Decision and Analysis Function by the system.
