It is still a engineering knottiness how to make the de-rusting in Vessels area and others like chemical large-reservoir. Oxidizing zones called rust come into existence with Steel-planks corroding in seawater and oxidizing in air. Before coating the steel-surface, the rust must be removal first and that called "The surface Preparations" in standard technics. With the number NCSTE-2-1-JK2X-132, the project, "Ultra-high Pressure Water Jetting Surface Attaching Rust Removal Equipment" which is proffered by the Search Branch Found of Science Department, is being purchased by me now. Its goal is: Utilizing the high-pressure rotary waterjet with the pressure 200~250MPa to attaching rust removal; De-rust degree achieving "Sa2.5"; No re-rust after de-rusting; Rust residue recovered; De-rust speed achieving 50m2/h; It includes the following three parts: High-pressure pump units with pressure 250MPa and power 160kW; Attaching automatically robot system; Vacuum absorb system and residue displaced system. It is applied neo-technique in developed nations in 21st century and it is able to substitute traditional de-rust technology as hammer knock artificially/ sand jet with drying air. Because of the reduction of labor intensity /work cost /environment contamination, and excellent re-bust quality, the applied technostructure will be used in surface preparations of large-area steel surface.This text make conclusion and expound from the following eight parties:1 Resune the market background, technique aim, theory research and technique line of this issues. Conclude: the technique parameters of ultra-high pressure pure water-jet de-rusting is: pressure 200~250MPa; flow: 30L/min, this issues had fulfilled the aim.2 Discuss the profit and defect of all the waterjet de-rusting measure. Survey general international standard. Conclude: the unit technique of ultra-high pressure waterjet attaching de-rusting is advanced productibility in world de-rusting technique field. Submit the contents and thinks of this technique research.3 Study and discuss relative series theory of waterjet de-rusting.
