This thesis is order to improving the ability for application, and to enhance the parameters controlling and make the guide of three dimension AWJ/WJ cutting. By the analysis of the principle of AWJ/WJ processing and optimization of parameters, it build a mathematic model of cutting depth.In the thesis, it acquires the gist and the theoretic formulae of WJ velocity, flux, and the other basic water-jet parameters through the educing the Benulli equation, and makes the theoretic frame.The thesis analyzes particularity the mechanism of AWJ/WJ cutting plastic & brittle material. It discusses the water-jet cutting process by the balance of energy, and builds a mathematic model of cutting depth.The thesis evaluates the effect of all sorts of parameters on the kerf surface quality and cutting depth. It believes the superposition of waviness causing the formations of the striations. The action of parameters on surface quality and cut depth isn't lonely. It optimizes the online parameters to suit the some requirements.At last, in terms of 3-axis waterjet cutting system, the thesis discusses the possibility to perform three-dimension cutting.
