According to practical situation of water system in Ben Gong, it is concerned industrial optimization of water system and its study in mechanics. Firstly, we found out the shortage when this system was operated and then we provided relative measures. It is including short-term load prediction of water system; the confirmation of its optimum dispatching scheme, equipment replacement and equipment investment. In the part of prediction, we predict how much water we use by means of gray prediction, BP neural net and improved neural net, and meanwhile we contrast and analyze it. We attach much importance to the genetic algorithm finally. As to optimum dispatching part, we use minimal power consumption as the object function, regard the user's satisfaction with water, water pressure and ability to water supply as the constraint condition to set up the micro mathematical model and establish the computer procedure, then get the optimum dispatching scheme. In the last part, taking advantage of the theory of dynamic programming, we make multistage programming as to equipment replacement and equipment investment of water system and work out the procedure, which provide reliable theoretical proof for water equipment replacement and equipment investment.After we probed the water prediction model, pipe network model and optimizing method, the study and application of equipment replacement and equipment investment that were concerned during the optimizing operation, here are the main achievements: (1) We regarded the water system as the target and found out the shortcomings. 1) There is low-usage in repeater water;2) Water source can't be acted by united dispatch; 3) Equipments are blind replacement of the value principle; (2) From the perspective of the application, it concerned the new approach that predict -ed the water usage and applied the new scientific theory to the practice; (3) Genetic algorithm provided reliable proof for its intelligent control;(4) Multistage optimizing analyses provide the firm theoretical basis for its investment decision.On the other hand, it also concerned the fractal theory that studied concrete technology during the process of water treatment in the article, especially probing further into its engineering application. It is a new growing point for the study of concrete theory.We adopt a method called finite element with which we analyze the mechanics that are related to industrial pipe of water system. When we resolve non-linear equation, we adopt arc length method .
