Open-pit mines are gradually moving towards efficient and intelligent production,with the continuous development of industrialization,informationization and intelligence.As the main transportation equipment of open-pit mines,trucks are rationally dispatched to improve the economic benefits of enterprises,save transportation costs,reduce energy consumption,and achieve direct and efficient production.The truck dispatching optimization algorithm is the core of truck dispatching.The pros and cons of the dispatching algorithm determine the rationality and reliability of truck deployment.Based on the previous optimization of truck dispatching,this paper establishes a multi-objective optimization model and adopts multiobjective genetic algorithm to realize multi-objective optimal dispatching under complex truck dispatching requirements,which provides a new algorithm and solution for the truck dispatching optimization problems.The main contents of the research are as follows:(1)Starting from the related theories of open-pit mine truck dispatching,the dispatching optimization theory,multi-objective optimization theory and multi-objective genetic algorithm are systematically analyzed,which provides the main theoretical basis and method for the multi-target problem of open-pit mine truck dispatching.(2)According to the characteristics and actual conditions of metal open-pit mine truck dispatching,analyze the construction principle of truck dispatching model.Based on the previous dispatching model and the actual research problems of mining enterprises,establish a multi-objective optimization model,which aims at minimizing transportation costs,total truck waiting time and grade deviation and meeting the different planning needs.(3)In the light of the proposed multi-objective optimization model,the key operator for single ore planning and ore-rock mixing planning is designed for multi-objective genetic algorithm.Multi-objective weighting method,NSGA-II and NSGA-III algorithm are Applied to solve the single ore planning problem of the truck dispatching multiobjective optimization model,the NSGA-III algorithm is better by comparing their optimization results.Finally,the NSGA-III algorithm is used to solve the mixed rock mining planning problem,which tests the feasibility of the proposed planning scheme.(4)Aiming at the actual demand of truck dispatching in M open pit mine in Henan Province,the proposed multi-objective optimization method of truck dispatching is applied to it's actual production dispatching.The application shows good practical results : it can save truck cost,reduce truck waiting time and control grade deviation.The research provides new methods and solutions for truck dispatching optimization,and lay a foundation for intelligent dispatching,which has important practical value for open-pit mine truck production dispatching.
