A Syudy On Ecm Database Of Operating Parameter And Basic Process Law Of Ecm

By setting up the database of operating parameters of ECM(electrochemical machining) and the datasheet for cathodedesign,studyying the basic process law of ECM, this paper solves the twomost problem restrictting the extend and development of ECM, namely thetechnique is difficult to be holded and the cathode is difficult to bedesigned. It has build groundwork for establishing expert system of ECMand realizing the process control of ECM aftertime.The database of operating parameter of mould ECM is established on thebasis of test data. Open DBMS is set up, by using relational DBMS–VisualFoxPro 5.0. It cause the database to have the function expediently seeingand amending operating parameter, and storaging and managing operatingparameter, by founding the structure of database system, and framingfriendly interface between the operater and computer.For acquiring practical and reliable operating parameter, the designrequest of cathode and clamp used in technics examination of ECM isdiscussed. Evaluating means for machining precision of the test piece andmeasure method for dimension of the test piece are studyyied.Basic operating examinations of ECM are scientifically framed and done.Joint examination with comparative level is planed in reason to combinedwith extend examination.Basic operating parameter is modeled, using the mathematic means ofregress analyze step by step, according to the results of basic operatingexamination.The influnce of each operating parameter on machining precision andmachining clearance is analyzed and discussed, according to the regressequation between machining precision and operating parameter.The way to design the cathode using the datasheet of cathode designhas been set up firsttime.
