The GIS-based Establishment Of The Chendu Major Environmental Geological Problems Evaluation And Database

At present, our country has entered into the phase of rapid urbanization, but the rapid development of urbanization also brings more geological environment problems. While the geological environmentproblems influence and restrict the development of the city in turn. In order to boost the continuous of urbanization process and improve the living standards of urban residents, we should be actively to start the urban geological environment research work.Chengdu is located in western of Sichuan basin. The general terrain is diversity. It can be divided into the plain, mountains and hills. In recent years, with the effect of human project activities and the strengthen of urban geological effects, many environmental geological problems influence the construction of city, such as:geological disaster of hilly and high-medium mountain, water pollution, special soil pollution.So it is significant to do the research on city’s geological environment.The paper study the ChengDu area about types、characteristics、development and distribution of environment geological problems by collecting and sorting the study of the environmental geological data; in order to unified management datas, conveniently query and browse for information,The author establish the environmental geological database based on ArcGIS;and evaluation analysis on the main geological environment proble through the analytic hierarchy processs (AHP).The conclusion as follows:(1) combined with environmental geological condition,the paper analysis of the main geological environment problems in the area,such as geologic hazard problems, water pollution, soil pollution, s special soil pollution, etc.(2) the paper sort and settle the local environmental geological data.By the layered processing, establishing geo-environmental database based on ArcGIS. It is not only realize management unified and query for the environmental geological information, but provide a platform for the sustainable employment of informations.(3) Summarized the influence factors of the geological environment problems through on the analysis of geological environment problems;and selected evaluation factors, divided the hierarchical structure of the various factors through the AHP;determine the importance level; structure judgment matrix and obtain weight confficient of every factors; completed the evaluation of geological environment problems by the superposition of analysis for each factors,based on ArcGIS software.
