Abstract: The basic essence of the complex ecosystems well-cycling wants to deal with the relationship between economic development, population and resource environment, realize the organic integration of natural ecosystem and socio-economic systematic circulation. The complex ecosystem well cycle interpret views of scientific development at the angle of the environmental foundation of resource and ecological research, set up the benign and interactive mechanism of the material, energy and information flow in the open and non-equilibrium system, realize the new harmonious development mechanism of people and nature. As the important unit of socio-economy structure in China, province land plays the basic role of keeping sustainable economic development, social stability and implementing sustainable development strategy, is the main entity of establishing and implementing views of scientific development too. On the early 21st century that China economic development enters to be one important pass, it is important to deal with the relationship between economic development, population and resource environment. Regarding province land as the complex ecosystem is important way to solve contradiction between socio-economic development and resource environment under the new situation. The research unifies ecosystem evolution, ecological development and the new mode of recycle economy to the concept of the complex ecosystem virtuous cycle, regards development in well-cycle as the theoretical foundations of views of scientific development and " five balanced aspects ", regards improving systematic material, energy, information flow efficiency and circulation degree as the foundation of regulating and controlling the complex ecosystem, take Fujian Province as an example, the complex ecosystem well cycle as the thread with economy, society, resource environment, under the guidance of the sustainable development strategy, circulation economic theory, ecological economics principle and system engineering method, adopts the systematic circulation analytical method that is the integration of natural scientific research and social scientific research, theories study and suggestion research, quantitative research and qualitative research , probes into the theory structure and practical problem of the complex ecosystem well cycle with the aid of the modern information technology means, explains views of scientific development at the angle of resource environment and ecological research.This research shows: the complex ecosystem well cycle is a foundation of realizing sustainable development. On the important strategic period of the first 20 years of this century that accelerates industrialization, advances the urbanization, marches toward the modernization, development of resources scale expands, environmental pressure corresponds to increase, every element of the complex ecosystem adjusts and changes with higher speed, if does not deal with the relationship between economy, society and resource environment, the situation that economy keeps coordinative, fast and continuous development willbe hard to carry on , achieving the goal of modernization and well-to-do society faces the enormous obstacle. Solving the resource environmental problem should set up the idea of well cycle and the mechanism of well cycle, it is the way to realize socio-economic development sooner and better.The main content in this research includes five aspects: (1) Explain the basic trains of thought of ecology, ecosystem and ecological economics theory, study the essential feature of the natural ecosystem and the complex ecosystem from key element, structure and function, etc, put forward the basic frame of the theory about the complex ecosystem containing economy, society and resource environment; (2) Study the complex ecosystem characteristic of Fujian Province utilizing systematic circulation analytical method, put forward the interrelation, difference measurement method and influence factor of the compound ecosystem; (3)Define compound ecosystem virtuous cycle's connotation, indication and measure index, study the divided and graded region according to the quantitative assessment index of virtuous cycle , at the same time, analyze the mechanism of virtuous cycle of the different industries and field ; (4)Carry on the information atlas development utilizing the materials of the complex ecosystem of Fujian Province , put forward suggestion that the information atlas of the complex ecosystem is designed and used, express the main content of this research by the way of the atlas; (5)Under the guidance of the theory of the complex ecosystem, contact the reality of Fujian, study and propose countermeasures and policy recommendations of realizing compound ecosystem well cycle.It is a new visual angle to study the complex ecosystem in the view of well cycle in this research, the whole one runs through the thread of well cycle, analyze the complex ecosystem in terms of well cycle, know the character and problem of the system circulation using the systematic circulation analytical method, set up well cycle mechanism in order to instruct circulation economy development, move forward ecological economy upgrade and open up a new way to solve prominent problem of development and resource environment day by day.
