In fields of engineering, there is much economic loss which owing to the lower hardness and the bad wearability of the material. Special type metal materials may solve the problem in some extent but it also enhance costs. So low costs synthesized material, which has higher rigidity and wearability could be adopted, which prevails in the domestic and international realm of material investigation at present.(SiC)p is a kind of high performance non-metallic oxide ceramic material which has the advantages of high rigidity wear-resistant high temperature resistant and low cost etc. It is widely used as particle strengthen body to produce metal radicel compound material, which is the essential stuff to make the engineering and function material. There are a lot of domestic and international researchers who engage in the application research of the (SiC)p. Before using the (SiC)p, there still exists lots of key technology problems to overcome. For example, small scale effect of the (SiC)p ,which leads to incidental assemblement within certain scale, absorbing other substance or micro-particles, which brings some excellent functions to lose. Another example, when (SiC)p strengthens metal matrix complex material, the essential differences between its covalent bond and the metal matrix lead to low wettablity on interface. If under high temperature, it may cause remarkable solid phase interface reaction, change the microstructure and the performance of the metal matrix, lower the rigidity and the wearability etc., when (SiC)p contact the metal matrix.On the basis of experience accumulated, it is firstly presented that embellishing the surface of the (SiC)p material under low temperature, normal atmospheric pressure and low cost by adopting electroless plating technology and produce continual, non-lubricous and high quality decoration of (SiC)p[abbreviate as (Ni/SiC) p], by choosing proper technique parameters(such as pH-value and temperatures etc.). The experimental results are in the same level of internationalresearch which adoptedthat made out by unconventional technique such as microwave etching technology and ion deposition. Experiment results of SEM, EDS, XRD and TEM indicate that the electric functions of the embellished (Ni/SiC) p is much higher than those of unembellished (SiC)p, in respect of form, facial look and structure changed.For the first time, iron matrix compound plating is made by the (Ni/SiC) P as the second phase particle and facial look, structure of the plating are observed, rigidity,and the thickness are also tested. Those experiment results manifest that compareing with the normal Ni-P plating and the Ni-P-(SiC)p plating, the Ni-P- (Ni/SiC) p has better performance, such as its equality uniformity structure, high sediment quantity , thicker coating and higher rigidity and wearability. It's analyzed that the pH-value temperature mill velocity and surface active agent which have effect on the performance of the composite coating and the plating velocity. The best bound of the technique parameters are fixed by experiments.In addition, it's also analyzed that the (SiC)p surface decoration principium. According to the kinetics and energetic principium, it's presented that (SiC)p surface decoration collide velocity equation, standard state and nonstandard state Nernst equations, the directions and the trend of the reactions. It's tested that the influence between the temperature, pH-value and the reactions course which is found to be in line with the theory.According to theoretic analysis and experimental investigation, it is acquired that the new technology to carry out the high mass (SiC)p surface decoration by domestic equipments, which provides a new clew for low costs surface material preparations. The embellished (SiC)p has better performance in the aspect of particle dispersion and strengthen metal composite material and it also has peculiar performance of (SiC)p as high hardness -> intensity and high temperature resistant etc., which has a wide prospect in the fields of space flight, aviation, automobile, chemical industry etc..
