This paper is focus on the fuzzy zone of super-thin speedcast from energy balance theory and heat transfer theory;which is on the basis of that tests of super-thin speedcast are more one hundred .The first chapter mainly review researching and developing status of the fuzzy that is on the basis of looking for a great of reference.The second chapter's main contents include abstract the concept that is equal temperature area by according to character fuzzy zone ; in oder to deal with easily in mathematical; make these formulas of shade and cite of equal temperature area in theory,and which are vertified these formulas by datum of speedcast tests.meanwhile ,this paper research these relation of casting factors by equal temperature area's shade and cite.The third chapter mainly calculate the field of the volume by mean of numerical simulation ;and these various type of the inner volume is calculated by demand that control panel shade.Last, the chapter simulate various physics field ,which inculde liquid field,temperature field and force field.The fourth chapter mainly test the equal temperature area's shade and cite that is corretted when that is calculated in fact; which is on the basis of erecting mathematical model of controlling molten metal and panel shade.The fifth chapter mainly calculate the panel forward moving and backward moving of super-thin speedcast by datum of tests .Next, the chapter calculated shade changing of casting field by mean of ANSYS software;and anslysis cause equal temperature aera changing.The sixth chapter mainly anslysis the relation of shade coefficient and vital casting factors that shade coefficient is center.The chapter mainly simulate various physics field ,which inculde liquid field,temperature field and force field.The seventh chapter is the paper conclusion and hope.
