With the development of the research on the titania bearing slag, the experiment of utilizing this slag has reached semi-industry scale, so the basic research corresponding with this scale has been a key projectsat at present. This research was focused on selectivity TiO2-enrichment and the precipitation behavior of perovskite phase in titania bearing slag oxidized by air. As a result, the patterns of related factors and the optimum conditions were determined. The selection of the best Titania enrichment phase in titania bearing slag based on the selective separation technique was discussed from both theory and technology aspects. Based on the results got from semi-industry experiment, the influences of additives and oxidation on the selective enrichment and growth of Ti component have been got. The results show that increasing of steel slag does well to titania enrichment, however, it can cause the viscosity of slag increase remarkably while the content beyond a certain extension, so it isn't useful for the oxidizing farther and the growth of the perovskite phase. Steel slag and Si-Fe powder added at an appropriate proportion during oxidizing can promote titania enrichment and perovskite phase grow up at the same time, the enrichment degree of titania can reach 91% and the area percent of perovskite phase whose grains are beyond 30μm is 78.4%.An experimental study on the penetration depth of immersed side-blown gas jet and the spout characteristics of molten slag free surface in a bottom blowing slag ladle model have been made with a photographic technique. Based on the results and the dimensional analysis as well as discussion, the empirical equations of the dimensionless penetration depth, spout height and spout width of molten slag free surface were established: Physical modeling has been conducted to investigate the mixing in air-stirred slag ladle with a porous plug. An empirical correlation for mixing time concerning the viscosity...
