Based on the detail comment on the progress of the research of polymer/inorganic nanocomposites and MC nylon, with the improvement of mechanical properties of MC nylon and its heat-resisting properties as the main target, this dissertation made a systematic study on MC nylon/inorganic nanocomposites from the systematic design of MC nylon/inorganic nanocomposites, the choice of inorganic nanomaterials, the preparation and characterization of inorganic nanomaterials, the surface modification of inorganic nanomaterials, the preparation and characterization of MC nylon/inorganic nanocomposites, to the dynamics study of the process of preparing MC nylon/inorganic nanocomposites etc aspects.1 , The reaction mechanism of caprolactam anion polymerization was discussed in detail; the effect of various technology factors on the process of MC nylon anion polymerization reaction was analyzed. Inorganic nanoparticles were designed and sieved through specific experiment. The results indicate that both acidic nano-oxide and amphoteric nano-oxide have the hindering polymerization effect on the process of MC nylon polymerization reaction. Nano-CaCO3, nano-Al2O3 and rare-earth nano-oxide, etc have been selected as the studying object. Three categories of technology were designed to the polymerized MC nylon/inorganic nanocomposites via in situ polymerization and the best polymerizing technology was confirmed after being compared and analyzed.2, Six kinds of nano-line of rare-earth hydroxide(La(OH)3, Nd (OH)3, Sm(OH)3, Gd(OH)3, Dy(OH)3, Er(OH)3) and six kinds of nano-line of rare earth oxide(La2O3, Nd2O3, Sm2O3, Gd2O3, Dy2O3, Er2O3) were prepared by means of hydrothermal method. They were characterized by means of XRD, TEM and TG etc modern analysis methods. The effects of hydrothermal reaction conditions on the structure, the form and the size of product were studied.
