Based on this mechanism and the theory of self-excited oscillation jet, a new type of self-excited oscillation pipeline flocculator is designed. It has been proved by experiment that the disposal effect of the Impulse electrofloatation is improved.The mathematical model of the decontaminating free particle has been determined at the manner of steel-ball model, and the mathematical model of the Impulse electroflotation reacting tank which determines the height, volume and treatment capability of Impulse electroflotation is provided on the base of the basic equations of electroflotation.In this paper, impulse electroflotation water treatment complete equipment is introduced as energy-saving and comprehensive wastewater treatment equipment with which the organic compound in the wastewater is removed effectively. With this equipment, the energy consume is reduced by 40%—60%. Based on the traditional electroflotation technology, the factors effecting the impulse electroflotation water treatment are analyzed comprehensively.
