Wetland science is one of the most important science and advancing front field on international. Wetland resource is very abundant in Inner Mongolia high plateau. Wuliangsuhai Lake is a representative adlittoral herbage type lake of arid region on Inner Mongolia Plateau. It is an important basis of molding moisture, water storage, and water diversion in the up-river and middle-river reach of the Yellow River; It is one of infrequent large scaled herbage typed lake with lots of functions such as biological diversity, and environmental protection in half desert and desert region all over the world; And it is the largest natural wetland on the same latitude; It is the first wetland demonstrate engineering in our country which has been listed into the Asia Wetland Convention organization. At present, the ecosystem of Wu Liangsu Lake is damaged seriously. The damage mainly appears as: the increasing contents of nutritive substances in the lake causes more serious eutrophication; the bulrush and submergent plants overspread in the lake; the marsh in lakeshore is drying, and the salinization of the meadow in lakeshore is aggravating; the lake becomes more and...
