The analysis of metals is very important in the fields of such as mordern medicine, pharmacy, life science, food science, materials science, geology, chemical industry and environmental monitoring. Some metals suah as zinc, iron, copper, and nickel, are trace nutrient elements that human body need. But these metals are toxic when their concentrations exceed a certain values. Some metals such as lead, mercury, cadmium and arsenic, are toxic to human body. They can accumulate in various organisms which do great harm to the bodies. So it is important to analyze the contentration of these metals. Many methods had been devoloped for the determination of metals, for example, atomic absorption spectrometry(AAS), graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry(GFAAS), atomic emission spectrometry(AES), voltammetry and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) etc. Though the above methods mentioned are of high sensitivity and accuracy, the shortages are also exists obviously, eg. the apparatus are expensive, the operation are time consuming, skill-trained operators with necessary knowledges are demanded, the working environment are highly demanded. Moreover, these methods could not be applied on in situ determination.
