| The energy structure based on coal in China will not be changed in the next decades, but huge damage had been created as a result of conventional utilization of coal, which is a non-sustainable development way. Coal based Co-production system is a sustainable energy system with integration of energy, resource and environment. It is proposed due to the non-sustainable development of the energy system in China and hoped to fulfil the requirements of power, liquid fuels and chemical needed by the development of society and economy.Take the R&D and demonstration of Integrated Gasification Combined Cycles (IGCC) and Co-Production in period of the 10th and 11th five-year plan as a background and combined with the demonstration system, this paper carries through the following contents:1. Evaluation of the first power-methanol Co-production demonstration projectThis section emphasizes on the first power-methanol Co-production demonstration project and analysises, contrastes and evaluates each typical system presented in the demonstration. From this work, it can be founded that the total energy efficiency of the Co-production system is 3.14 precent higher than the parallel system and the advantage of the Co-production system had been validated. Simultaneity, the method for enhance the efficiency is researched by using a series of system evaluation index.2. System design and performance prediction of 120MWe and 200MWe IGCC power plantThis section proposes the system design and performance prediction of the 120MWe and 200MWe Integrated Gasification Combined Cycles ( IGCC ) demonstration project. Through the technical and economic analysis of different IGCC systems based on different gasification technologies, it can be founded that the case based on the fuel-flexible gasifier has the advantage of efficiency, economy and reliability, which is helpful for the selection of the demonstration system.3. System design and performance prediction of 60MWe power &160 kton oil per year Co-Production demonstration projectBased on the condition of the demonstration project, different system constructions are designed, calculated and compared for the system based on the pressurized Lurgi fixed bed gasifier combined with the utilization of gas, and economic analyses are carried through based on the technical scheme, which shows that the using of coal bed gas to substitute part of coal for syngas production is feasible from the view of technical and economic.4. Study on coal based direct hydrogen production systemThis section focuses on the coal gasification with single-step hydrogen production system and three different hydrogen production systems with different technology routes are proposed and analyzed, from which it can be founded that direct hydrogen production from coal based on CO2 absorber has a relatively higher efficiency and the advantage of Carbon Capture and Sequestration (CCS). Furthermore, two advanced Co-production systems based on the coal gasification with single-step hydrogen production technology are constructed, which can provide a way lead to the Co-production system with power and hydrogen. |
